Compensation

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35 – 43% collections and higher (depending on experience)

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
• Valid dental license from a recognized Canadian provincial regulatory authority or international equivalent meeting CDSBC standards
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
• Passion for cosmetic excellence and technological innovation
• Speed and precision without compromising quality
