Join our team as a one-year contract Operation Supervisor and play a vital role during this first year on our new 7 years contract with our client!

This one-year contract role will lead both strategic and tactical Operational leadership activities, making an impact on your development during this next year.

The one year contract for Operation Supervisor role will start from January 5th 2026, till January 6th, 2027

In this role, you'll provide operational leadership support in the aeronautical warehouse industry, and may be involved in various Continuous Improvements initiatives and project teams.If you're looking to enhance your Operational leadership experience and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

• You must be Permanent Resident in Canada or have Canadian Citizenship
• Have a clean criminal record
• Be able to work as floater operational supervisor in between night shift Mon/Tues/Wed and weekend shift Sat & Sun 6am-6pm
• Grow your leadership skills.

• Previous SAP experience will be an asset for you in this position.
• MHE experience is an asset.

Job Description

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.
