Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Operations manager in team development and collaborating with staff at various levels to ensure efficient workflow and smooth communication.
2. Following standard operating procedures established by management.
3. Receiving, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products.
4. Processing returns, counting and confirming quantities, assessing condition, and completing paperwork.
5. Assigning delivery tasks to drivers based on warehouse volume.
6. Supervising warehouse operations according to the quality manual, including managing warehouse personnel and/or third-party service providers.
7. Responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating service concerns to supervisors.
8. Promoting safe work practices among staff.
9. Arranging daily cycle counts and following up on variances.
10. Providing weekly report updates.
11. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or international equivalent.
• Fluent in French and Chinese.
• Strong process-oriented thinking within the area of responsibility.
• Effective communication skills, including conflict resolution and people management.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve and surpass goals.

Salary range: $34,600 to $39,300
