This impressive 1.2 million square foot facility is a cornerstone of Loblaw's world‑class distribution network, featuring advanced automation and multi‑temperature capabilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Operations Administrator to play a pivotal role in the operations of this dynamic new facility.

Role:

Operations Administrator

What You Will Do:
  • Executive Support: Manage Senior Executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and arrange domestic/international travel.
  • DC Administration: Organise, order and track supplies (office, warehouse, maintenance, clothing and sundry), meet and events; maintain records, track analytics and create presentations.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee daily payroll processing, documentation and accuracy verification.
  • Financial Reporting & Budgeting: Assist with budget preparation, track expenses and prepare financial reports and presentations.
  • Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, receipts and payments, and monitor transactions.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and compile essential financial reports (e.g. overtime, banked time).
  • Colleague & Customer Service: Provide professional support, resolve colleague questions and answer inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality across all sensitive information and tasks.
What You Will Need:
  • Proven experience in a comprehensive office administration and executive support capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll management and foundational accounting functions.
  • A focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Superior organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced, technologically advanced environment.
