A health and wellness company is seeking an Operational Excellence Coordinator to provide administrative support to team leads for Mental Health and Employee Assistance Programs. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing matters, managing employee documentation, and supporting team engagement activities. The ideal candidate is bilingual in French and English, pursuing or has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and has strong communication and time-management skills. Reporting to Maud Grillet, Sr. Manager Operational Excellence (MH & EAP), the mission of the Operational Excellence Coordinator is to provide administrative support to Dialogue’s Team Leads for the Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program teams.
Tasks include coordinating with Dialogue’s Scheduling and Human Resources team to assist with team-wide communications, supporting staffing, managing profiles and being a point of contact for administrative-related support.
Operational Excellence Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting Dialogue’s Team Leads with team-wide engagement and recognition activities.
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
