Qualifications

• Must be a minimum 18 years of age as of December 31, 2025.

• National Lifeguard considered an asset at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and delivery of daily programming.
• Act as a role model and coach for staff and volunteers.
• Provide excellent customer service to campers and parents.
• Maintain accurate program equipment inventory.
• Support On Site Supervisor with administrative duties.
