We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Workplace Experience & Admin Support Partner to join our Vancouver team. In this hybrid role, you’ll make sure our office runs smoothly, bring people together through engagement activities, and support HR programs that help our employees thrive. You’ll also provide basic administrative support for multiple leaders across the company, so you’ll be a pro at organizing calendars and submitting expense reports.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a fast‑moving environment, and is excited to play a key part in shaping employee experience.

This role is Vancouver based and required to be on site in the office at least 3 days per week. Additional days may be required when there are engagements or events on site.
