The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, handle multiple priorities, and have either a 4-year degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience. This role involves reviewing up to 70 accounts daily in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite)
Duration: 6 + Months

Daily Responsibilities
  • Review pending account transfer requests and communicate with external financial institutions via phone call and email for status updates and resolve transfer issues
  • Approx. 60-70 accounts per day
Must have skills
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma or equivalent AND 2 years of job-related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Nice to have skills
  • Account transfers experience
  • Experience working in a financial institution
  • Experience working in a call centre
  • Bilingual in French/English
