About the Role

We're looking for an Office Administrator / Receptionist for our office located in Timmins, Ontario. This role will play a vital role in the customer service and organizational strength of our business. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors, and answer calls and emails and complete other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Answer phone calls, emails and website inquiries
  • Copy, scan and organize office documents
  • Provide additional administrative support to other teams as required
  • Be a key component of our Health and Safety Committee as well as a Site Leader
