We are seeking a self-motivated, Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team on the origination team for Peakhill’s debt platform. Peakhill Capital is a commercial real estate capital provider with mortgage investments across all real estate asset classes in Canada. Our equity platform (Peakhill Equity Partners) is an opportunistic equity platform focused on investments in ground up and value-add projects in Canada and the United States.

Overview

In this role, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk by answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed by the management team.
Qualifications
  • College diploma or higher educational qualification is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
