We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Obstetrician & Gynecologist (OB-GYN) to join a modern, high-volume outpatient clinical setting in the Oakville and Georgetown area. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care

• Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological services in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct prenatal, postnatal, and routine women’s health examinations.
• Diagnose and manage reproductive, menstrual, and hormonal conditions.
• Offer fertility assessments, contraception counseling, and family planning services.
• Perform in-clinic procedures such as:
• IUD insertion/removal
• Endometrial biopsy
• Hysteroscopy (if trained)
• Early pregnancy care and assessments

Patient Management

• Develop individualized care plans and follow-up schedules.
• Maintain accurate and complete EMR documentation.
• Educate patients on reproductive health, wellness, and preventative care.
• Provide culturally sensitive and inclusive patient support.

Collaboration

• Work closely with physicians, nurses, midwives, and clinic staff.
• Offer consultation and support to primary care providers.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to coordinated patient care.

Compliance & Standards

• Adhere to regulatory and professional guidelines, including CPSO and PHIPA.
• Follow clinic protocols, infection control practices, and documentation standards.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and continuing education.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Qualifications

• CMPA membership in good standing.
