Qualifications

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ontario.
  • Completion of Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada program.
  • Three years of experience in wound care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive wound assessments and care management.
  • Educate clients and their families on health care decisions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
