Job summary

This role involves managing a team in a busy specialist Intensive Care Unit, contributing to clinical governance while gaining invaluable experience. Qualifications

• Full GMC registration and licence to practice required.
• CCT or equivalent (or within 6 months at time of interview) in Anaesthetics or ICM needed.
• More than 3 years experience of independent airway skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy specialist Intensive Care Unit with junior and trainee supervision.
• Take part in consultant-led ICU ward rounds and clinical reviews of patients.
• Engage with the multidisciplinary team and contribute to clinical governance.
