Reporting to the Principal Enterprise Architect, the Network Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of NRT’s enterprise network infrastructure. The role ensures the stability of NRT network services and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
  • Collaborate with IT and Information Security teams to ensure secure and efficient network operations.
  • Perform network capacity planning and performance tuning.
  • Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for network-related incidents and service requests.
  • Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and tools.
  • Any other duties assigned.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in network administration or analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
  • Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar network hardware.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark).
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week
