What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or advanced degree
- Minimum of 12 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 5 years of sales leadership/management experience in specialty care
- Experience in selling biologic products
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented work ethic
