What do you need for this role?
  • Minimum 18 years of age.

  • Of Métis, First Nation, or Inuit ancestry. A status or Métis citizenship card is required.

  • Must be a full-time post-secondary student in the semester prior to the work term.

  • Students must include a resume, a copy of the most recent transcript, and fully complete the questionnaire found within the online application process.

  • Employment is subject to Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug, and alcohol testing.

  • Reliable transportation – you will need to travel to and from work.

  • Maintain a clean work environment and comply with all safety and environmental policies.

  • Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What types of roles could I be selected for?
  • Student Engineer – working on site operations (Process, Maintenance, Mining, Reliability and/or APT student engineer or Geologist).

  • Administrative Assistant – supporting office operations, scheduling, and communications.

  • Project Coordinator – managing timelines, resources, and team collaboration.

  • Environmental/Lab Technician – assisting with compliance and field data collection.

  • HR or Talent Support – helping with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Where will you be working?

Mosaic Potash Esterhazy is an underground potash mine located about 90 kilometers south of Yorkton, spanning three mine sites (K1, K2 and K3).

Mosaic Potash Colonsay is a conventional shaft mine located 70 kilometers southeast of Saskatoon.

Mosaic Potash Belle Plaine is a solution mine and refinery located 50 kilometers west of Regina on the Trans-Canada Highway. It is the world’s largest solution mine with over 500 employees.

Mosaic Corporate Canadian Office Regina is located at 2010 12th Avenue in Regina, SK, supporting functions across Mosaic operations (procurement, engineering, quality control, IT, public affairs, HR, marketing).
