Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management/mechanical/electrical service industry.
• Knowledge and experience in automated systems, Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC.
• Clean Class 5 or higher BC Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute planned and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Organize and plan work to meet schedules.
• Perform operational and safety inspections.
• Respond to work orders created in JDE.
• Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships.
• Assist in preparing construction project budget estimates.
