About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and client-facing Microsoft Presales Architect with experience in Azure, Modern Work, Security, and Licensing to help design, position, and architect Microsoft-based solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to design, price, and position Microsoft solutions across Azure, Modern Work, Security, and Licensing.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs, challenges, and desired business outcomes.
- Develop architecture diagrams, quotes, services estimates, statements of work, and technical proposals.
- Support solution presentations, demos, and technical Q&A sessions with clients.
Technical Expertise
- Azure: Infrastructure, cost optimization, migration planning, identity, governance, and security.
- Modern Work: Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, CoPilot and device management.
- Security: Defender suite, Entra ID (AAD), compliance, identity governance, and Microsoft Security Score improvements.
- Licensing: CSP, MCA-E, and volume licensing scenarios, including cost analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate with Microsoft Partner teams, distributors, and internal sales to access funding, incentives, and solution accelerators.
- Train and enable sales teams on Microsoft technology positioning, licensing models, and competitive differentiation.
- Contribute to the creation of assessments, proof-of-concepts, and solution accelerators that drive pipeline growth.
Client Engagement & Delivery Support
- Support hand-off to delivery teams with clear documentation, scope clarity, and risk identification.
- Participate in early delivery phases to ensure technical and business alignment.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and Microsoft field teams.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in pre‑sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within a Microsoft Partner.
- Solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving and consultative skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork across sales, delivery, and vendor ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to driving opportunities.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 (Modern Work).
- Microsoft Security (Defender, Entra, Compliance).
- Microsoft Licensing (CSP, MCA‑E, EA transitions).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both technical and business contexts.
- Proven ability to develop SOWs, design documents, and cost models.
Certifications
- MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), optional
- SC-100/SC-200 (Security Architect / Security Operations), required
- Fundamentals certifications (AZ‑900, MS‑900, SC‑900), required
- Microsoft Licensing Specialist or equivalent training required

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Full‑time, permanent, hybrid
Salary Range
$100,000 to $125,000 per year, plus bonus
