A leading testing and certification company seeks an experienced professional to manage laboratory and pilot plant research programs in Quebec. You will ensure project completion meets quality standards while managing client relationships and budgets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential. This role involves communication with clients and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

This position is responsible for the technical competence, work coordination, and scheduling for completion of laboratory and pilot plant research programs. The incumbent is responsible for client relationships/communications and meeting client requirements for successful project completion.
He/she ensures that work meets established quality standards and Company procedures. The incumbent is accountable for setting and controlling project budgets and issuing project billing invoices. The incumbent has responsibility for health & safety, environment, productivity, and quality priorities, ensuring that all of these issues are addressed and optimized.
