Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to greet Members and Potential Members, check-ins, and provide front desk support. You will resolve inquiries, promote memberships, and maintain an exceptional club experience.

The role requires CPR-A, AED and Smart Tan certification within 3 months, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Join a fun, energetic team with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED certification is required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach.
• Customer-focused with ability to meet expectations.

• Approachable, warm and a good listener.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts.
• Greet Potential Members and direct as needed.
• Handle inbound calls and book appointments within three rings.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about machines and services.
• Promote memberships, services and amenities when opportunities arise.
• Resolve member questions or concerns and update records accordingly.
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming Club environment and attend meetings.
