Job summary

GoodLife Fitness in Toronto is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to welcome Members, check in, and guide visitors with a friendly, professional approach. You will handle front desk duties, answer calls, and help members use the facilities and services to support their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• CPR-AED certification required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Ability to use computers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check in for workouts.
• Greet potential members and direct them accordingly.
• Handle incoming calls and book appointments.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about equipment and services.
• Sell memberships, services, products and amenities when opportunities arise.
• Complete club runs and maintain cleanliness; attend monthly meetings.
