GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to welcome Members and Potential Members, check them in, answer questions, and sell club services. You will handle calls, assist on the floor, and contribute to an exceptional Member experience in a dynamic fitness club environment.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED Certification.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Interpersonal Savvy: relates well to all kinds of people, builds rapport and diplomacy.
• Customer Focus: meets internal and external customer expectations.
• Team Contribution: supportive, collaborative attitude.
• Approachability: easy to approach, warm and patient.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous customer service and sales experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts.
• Greet potential members and direct accordingly.
• Handle incoming calls promptly and book appointments.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about services and machines.
• Sell memberships, services and amenities when opportunities arise.
• Answer member questions and resolve issues, update information.
• Maintain courteous, professional interactions with Members.
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new and current Members.
• Complete club runs and cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness.
• Attend monthly meetings and complete required learning.
