Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to welcome Members, check them in, and assist with memberships and club services. You will answer calls, greet guests, and help Members on the floor with questions about FitFix, Cardio machines, and memberships.

The role requires CPR/AED, Smart Tan within 3 months, and excellent communication. A fun, energetic workplace with ongoing training awaits you.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED Certification required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with club systems and computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts.
• Greet Potential Members and direct them accordingly.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and book appointments.
• Assist Members with machines and services on the floor.
• Explain memberships and club offerings; upsell when opportunities arise.
• Resolve member questions and concerns professionally.
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new/current Members.
• Complete club runs and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Attend monthly meetings and required training.
