Job summary

GoodLife Fitness Halifax is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to greet Members, check them in, and warmly welcome walk-ins, creating a positive first impression. You will answer calls, book appointments, and assist Members on the floor with machines and club services.

You’ll promote memberships, maintain a clean, safe environment, and support the team through daily tasks. A friendly, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED Certification is required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to embrace company culture.
• Proficiency in the use of computers is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members as they arrive and check them in.
• Handle incoming calls within three rings and book appointments.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about machines and services.
• Sell memberships, services, products and amenities when opportunities arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete club tasks to ensure a great Member experience.
