Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to welcome Members, check in, answer calls, and assist with club services. You will promote memberships, guide new and existing Members, and help create a positive gym experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CPR-A and AED certification is required.
• Must be Smart Tan certified within 3 months of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; superior customer service.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Previous customer service and sales experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check them in for their workouts.
• Answer calls within three rings; take messages or book appointments.
• Assist Members on the floor with FitFix and cardio machines.
• Sell memberships, services, products and amenities when opportunities arise.
• Resolve Member questions or concerns in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new and current Members.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete club tasks as required.
• Attend monthly meetings and complete required learning.
