Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to warmly greet Members and Potential Members, check them in, and guide them to the right services. You will handle front-desk inquiries, book appointments, and support members with questions about equipment and memberships, while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

This role emphasizes strong communication, sales ability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• CPR-AED certification required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and be approachable.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry and club services.
• Proficient with computers and club systems.
• Experience in customer service and sales is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts.
• Answer incoming calls and book appointments.
• Assist Members with questions about equipment and club services.
• Sell memberships, services, products and amenities when opportunities arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming club environment.
• Attend required trainings and monthly meetings.
