Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to greet Members and Potential Members, check in guests, and guide them through club services. You will answer calls, assist on the floor, and promote memberships and amenities while maintaining a welcoming, clean environment.

Strong communication, a service mindset, and knowledge of the fitness industry are essential. CPR-A/AED and Smart Tan certifications are required or obtained within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED Certification.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment
• Interpersonal skills; relates well to diverse people

• Knowledge of the fitness industry

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts
• Answer incoming calls and book appointments
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about services
• Sell memberships, services, and amenities when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and complete club tasks as required
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new/current Members
• Attend monthly meetings and participate in training
