Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to greet members, check them in, and provide exceptional service at the front desk. You will assist with memberships, answer questions, and direct potential members to appropriate lines of service.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and a team‑minded attitude. This position offers ongoing training, a supportive work environment, and a competitive compensation package with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED certification completed or obtained within 3 months of employment.
• Smart Tan certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior customer service and sales aptitude.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry and club services.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check them in; maintain a welcoming front desk.
• Handle incoming calls promptly and book appointments as needed.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about equipment and services.
• Explain memberships and club amenities; promote products and services.
• Resolve Member questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete club runs as required.
• Attend monthly meetings and participate in training for career development.
