Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, craft 90-day roadmaps, and report on performance with clear justifications during calls with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA and pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and trust attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
