Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set the targeting, budgets, and narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, test creatives, and ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4 and tags. Remote role for international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
