You bring 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers, and agency experience handling multiple clients. Clear English on US calls is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA or pipeline improvements with concrete results.
• Agency experience across several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly client roadmaps; tell the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
