Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing brands. You will guide targeting, budgeting, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

Role focuses on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads with a strong emphasis on conversion tracking and 90-day roadmaps. Clear English communication with US clients is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client case studies.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Set budgets, bids, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill campaigns.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present campaign storytelling.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
