Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a growing roster of B2B and brand clients. You will define the targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why decisions were made.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, track performance, and present the numbers on calls with clarity. This is a full-time, remote role working with international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with measurable results.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
