Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Paid Media Manager to lead paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients from its remotely-led team. You own targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will be the strategic voice at the table and make the calls. The role focuses on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with a clear track record of ROAS growth and agency-level multi-client experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for clients.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
