Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager who owns paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You lead targeting, budgeting, and the narrative on client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, oversee the 90‑day roadmaps, measure performance with GA4 and pixels, and drive account growth through retention and upsell. Remote-friendly with US clients and cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
