Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the client narrative when asked why decisions were made.

You are the strategic voice at every table. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation and bidding, and ensure trusted conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with measurable results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget calls, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and trust attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with client storytelling.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

As Paid Media Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
