Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will define targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice in client calls. Role focuses on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with full ownership of 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, performance storytelling, and ongoing account growth through retention and upsell.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
