Role Profile

The Channel Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for helping to manage the inventory of marketing materials to support the North American business, managing the administration of a select group of marketing programs and helping to support sales and marketing operations reporting.

This is a part‑time remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the upkeep of on-line customer portal system
  • Maintain the upkeep of internal central customer data system that feeds our digital tools
  • Assist with the administration of a select group a marketing programs
  • Maintain relationships with key merchandising suppliers
  • Enter purchase requisitions and processing related invoices after completion of work
  • Manage marketing point of sale material inventory levels to maintain appropriate in stock levels
Qualifications
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales role or project management. Performance Films experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage projects to meet budget and deliverable expectations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to dig into problems and understand the root cause
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The base salary range for this position is $32,000 to $44,000.
