The Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Local Store Marketing: From research to execution, lead in planning and implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns that resonate with local communities.
  • New Restaurant Openings: Support marketing activities for new restaurant launches, including pre-opening promotions, local awareness, and activation planning.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor restaurant performance, analyze results, and provide insights to inform future local marketing strategies.
  • Community Partnerships: Help vet inquiries and manage relationships with local organizations and partners to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities.
  • Summarize findings and present actionable insights to the Brand Manager.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operations teams to identify new business opportunities and support ongoing partnerships.
  • Manage and coordinate various projects across restaurants and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing — ideally within a hospitality/retail setting.
  • B.A./B.Sc. in Business or Marketing; or an equivalent in education and experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task are key.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Action orientated, collaborative, and results motivated.
  • A pro‑active self‑starter who can work in a fast‑paced team.
PAY TRANSPARENCY

Pay range is $51,000.00–$69,000.00 depending on skill level, experience and/or education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
