Mercedes-Benz Burlington is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team.
This role supports the execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across Mercedes-Benz Burlington and its group of companies.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our brand presence across digital platforms, events, and community initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to create engaging content, support events, and ensure brand consistency across all customer touch points.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of marketing plans and brand-building initiatives.
- Represent Mercedes-Benz Burlington and its group of companies at select media, industry, and community events.
- Support the management of digital channels including websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors on creative and digital initiatives.
- Work with partners, vendors, and agencies to support event execution.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and activation of dealership and community events.
- Work with department managers to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Track projects and event costs to support budget compliance.
- Assist with marketing administration tasks including invoicing, digital inventory updates, and CRM processes.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or publishing experience (luxury, lifestyle, or automotive industries considered an asset).
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).
- Familiarity with digital marketing, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- A collaborative, creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with WordPress or similar website content management systems.
