Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage the gift card and retail (CPG) programs, including brand-specific initiatives and collaborations with external partners.
- Collaborate with freelance and agency designers, copywriters, and Marketing Managers to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns.
- Assist the VP of Marketing and Marketing Managers on brand initiatives.
- Support digital initiatives and programming as needed.
- Maintain partner relationships and support programming efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department.
- Handle order fulfillment internally and externally.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide gift card support.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary or University Degree in Marketing or Commerce preferred.
- One to two years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Agency roles within a fast-paced industry.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends if required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing online marketing tools and back-end setup for promotions (QR codes, email blasts).
- Strong communication, media, marketing techniques, and writing skills.
- Knowledge of print production is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly motivated with enthusiasm.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and flexibility skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change and lead initiatives.
- Effective team player with outstanding communication skills.
- Professional maturity and integrity.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships within and outside the organization.

- Experience in food services, gift cards/payments, or CPG is a plus but not required.
