Overview

Marketing Associate, Vaccines - VIE Contract

Location: Canada, Toronto

Target start date: 01/01/2026

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. The program is primarily an international development program, and candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. Applications submitted in English only will be considered by non-French speaking Sanofi partners.

About the job

As Marketing Associate, Vaccines VIE within our Commercial Management team, you will provide support to the Senior Product Manager(s) for critical brands and projects like Beyfortus Private Market strategy and execution of some components of our travel vaccines strategy. You will also be part of the brand teams, input on strategy, and play a key role in leading certain projects and teams forward.

Our Canada Vaccines Commercial Operations team is located in Toronto, Canada at the Sanofi Pasteur Campus. Our business unit includes sales, operations, supply and contracting, as well as marketing team members that together bring new vaccines to market. Main responsibilities

• Development of Core Value story for HCPs (health care products) and Lay Public. Support the Go to Market strategy.
• Define the various elements of the Brand Communication Plan. Tracking progress on the launch preparation.
• Bringing the right cross-function team together based on the stage of the launch process.
• Support the development of assumptions for the initial brand forecast. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop stakeholder maps.
• Support the refinement of customer journeys based on insights and the development of holistic approach on disease and brand communication plan leveraging an omnichannel approach.
• Support the Product Manager(s) in the development of promotional materials in support of the brand strategy.
• Support the development of a robust communication plan for both internal and external stakeholders.

About you

Experience:

• Experience in Pharmaceutical company or Scientific background is needed.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Business planning skills.
• Proven experience in project leadership / management and project team contribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
