Job summary

A leading electric power solutions company in Toronto is seeking co-op students in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering for Winter 2026 placements. Candidates will work on plant layout updates, assist in projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Skills required include VBA, Python, and CAD experience. Benefits include subsidized transit and paid vacation days for longer placements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Work on plant layout updates and preparation of work instructions.
  • Assist in CAPEX projects with Project/Manufacturing Engineers.
  • Conduct process studies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work alongside designers and engineers to create and improve fixtures.

Responsibilities

Work Term

Winter 2026, open to a 4 month (Jan - Apr), 8 month (Jan - Aug) or 12 month (Jan - Dec) term.
