A leading bank in the Americas is seeking a Manager for Strategy & Operating Group Communications in Toronto. In this role, you will develop and manage internal and external communication strategies, collaborate with executive leaders, and ensure effective media relations. The ideal candidate has over five years of experience, exceptional writing skills, and is comfortable in a dynamic work environment. This hybrid position requires three days in the office per week with additional presence for events and urgent tasks.

As a member of the Global Corporate Affairs team, the Manager, Strategy and Operating Group Communications, supports in producing internal and external communications for the Strategy and Operating Group (S&O), which consists of Global Corporate Affairs, Global Marketing, Strategy, Customer Insights, Data & Analytics, and Global Operations. The role will also plan, develop, and deliver effective communications strategies to build awareness of the Bank’s marketing and global sponsorship initiatives, including managing related issues. This position reports to the Director, Strategy and Operating Group Communications and is an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and project manager and have extensive media relations expertise. This individual be required to collaborate with partners across the Bank to enhance communications of S&O initiatives for a range of internal and external audiences.
