Overview

Fleetway is seeking a Manager, Operations and Governance to lead strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and support long-term growth within a dynamic marine engineering consulting environment. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is responsible for delivering cross-functional projects that align with corporate priorities, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen governance frameworks across the organization.

With a strong focus on transformation and continuous improvement, the Manager, Operations and Governance will oversee initiatives spanning business operations, compliance, business development, and organizational development. This includes optimizing internal processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, client expectations, and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and comfortable navigating a complex technical environment while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

Education

Experience

  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in operations, project management, strategic initiatives, or related fields.
