HOURLY RATE - $23.27

Full-time Hours

  • Average 5 shifts per week
  • 8-hour shifts between 6:45am to 11pm

What will I be doing?

The Manager on Duty is an inspired leader who works with the team of Front Office and Housekeeping Associates to ensure the highest possible quality of guest and associate experience. They will inspire performance through collaboration, team building, and by clearly articulating and supporting the achievement of success measures.

  • Provides meaningful guidance, coaching and counselling to Associates.
  • Uses success measures to guide performance, service & engagement standards.
  • Oversees daily hotel operations that allow for a seamless guest experience. scheduling, anticipating guest/group needs, checking in and out of guests, communication of resort activities and events.
  • Resolves customer and staff concerns to maintain a high level of guest and employee satisfaction.
  • Works closely with Housekeeping, Homeowner Services and Maintenance to deliver quality experiences
What do we need from you?
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • 2 years' experience within front desk or housekeeping operations
  • Strong computer/systems knowledge
  • Proven ability to manage challenging and dynamic situations tactfully and appropriately to a resolution (i.e. customer relations, inventory management, hotel emergencies etc.)
