A nonprofit health organization is seeking a Regular full-time Manager, Brand Governance to join the Integrated Marketing team. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment based in Ottawa, with a working week of 37.5 hours. Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate will be working at one of our major site offices with a preference for Ottawa (1800 Alta Vista Drive) or Toronto (67 College Street), and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. Currently, employees are expected to have an in‑person presence for at least 40% of their work time. This requirement may vary depending upon circumstances.

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full‑time Manager, Brand Governance to join our versatile Integrated Marketing team in our Donor Engagement and Corporate Reputation (DECR) division.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand and Creative, you will serve as a brand leader and steward, responsible for managing, protecting, and evolving the Canadian Blood Services brand to strengthen brand equity and impact. Your focus will be on brand engagement, identity, and protection, ensuring the brand is expressed creatively and consistently across all touchpoints. You will oversee brand governance, execution, and strategic application through education, development of tools and standards, and strategic partnerships and projects. Through collaboration and leadership, you will embed the brand into organizational culture, inspire employees and mobilize brand champions, safeguard brand integrity, and identify opportunities to build and evolve the brand.
