As the Maintenance Supervisor for this aggregate operation, you will be leading a team of skilled trades professionals as they complete new installation projects, maintain existing machinery, and complete equipment upgrades across the fleet. In this role, you'll work closely with the Maintenance Manager and ensure that excellent lines of communication are maintained throughout the business. You'll oversee most aspects of the QA/QC program and have the opportunity to add improvements to the professional standards of the business.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working with a broad range of equipment from conveyors to crushing equipment and everything in between. You will ideally have your trades certification, or a background in mechanical engineering or process engineering. To step into a leadership position like this, you will have ideally had five or more years of experience in the mining, aggregate, or other processing type environment, with some exposure to leading teams.
