About the Role

ADM’s Windsor grain terminal is seeking a Maintenance Millwright to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. In this hourly unionized role, you will maintain plant equipment, provide preventative and corrective maintenance support, and assist with offloading and loading vessels as needed. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with an unpaid lunch). The successful candidate must be willing to respond to after‑hours call‑ins on evenings and weekends based on operational needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and diagnose equipment issues
  • Repair, rebuild, maintain, and service equipment throughout the facility
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork while working independently with minimal supervision
  • Recommend modifications or upgrades to improve equipment performance and reliability
  • Read and interpret equipment drawings, documentation, and manuals
  • Document maintenance work, updates, and adjustments to equipment
  • Support vessel offloading and loading operations as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring
  • Experience with coupling and alignment, conveyors, rigging, hydraulics, cutting, grinding, and welding
  • Ability to repair and maintain plant processing equipment including conveying systems (drag, belt, screw), gearboxes, power transmission, milling rolls, grinders, and filtration equipment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent mechanical troubleshooting ability with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use independent judgment to solve problems
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with standardized industrial procedures, practices, and concepts
  • Proven experience in high‑speed production environments
Education and Experience
  • Journeyman Millwright certification (mandatory)
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a journeyman millwright
