ADM’s Windsor grain terminal is seeking a Maintenance Millwright to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. In this hourly unionized role, you will maintain plant equipment, provide preventative and corrective maintenance support, and assist with offloading and loading vessels as needed. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with an unpaid lunch). The successful candidate must be willing to respond to after‑hours call‑ins on evenings and weekends based on operational needs.
Strong commitment to safe work practices and safety improvement initiatives
Willingness to work overtime, call‑ins, weekends, and holidays as required
Must meet all local/provincial regulatory requirements
Must comply with all ADM EHS policies and procedures
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
