MAC - Beauty Advisor / Artist Freelancer / On-Call

Responsibilities
  • Provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations to in-store customers as a freelance sales associate.
  • Create an inspiring, personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Contribute to in-store events and collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience level: retail experience is preferred but amateur level experience with demonstrated creative and technical ability is welcome.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus.
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for an interview.
Pay and Benefits
  • Hourly pay range: $18.00 – $18.00 (exact rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget; may vary by location).
  • Possible eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus; comprehensive benefits including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, paid holidays and vacation, and other company-supported programs.
